Ara inspected my aunt’s home in Porter Ranch, and he did an amazing job. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what needed attention and what wasn’t a big deal. Thanks!

My experience with Ara at OnPoint Inspection for my home in Glendale, CA, was absolutely wonderful! He uncovered an electrical concern that could have become a major safety hazard to my house. He found an isolated sub panel breaker that had non-standard wiring and trip-interrupt issues that absolutely required a licensed electrician to correct. I really loved how professionally he documented everything and explained the risks without causing panic. It’s rare to find someone so expertly knowledgeable, honest, kind and dedicated to homeowner safety. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and certified residential or commercial inspector for their personal property or business related inspections! I appreciate you being so On Point, thanks again for everything Ara!

Ara inspected a small retail space for me in Glendale before I moved forward with the lease. He showed up on time, walked me through everything he was looking at, and pointed out a few issues that would have easily been missed. Because of his report, I was able to get the landlord to address the electrical and maintenance items beforehand. Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I’d definitely use him again. Thank You Ara

I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of OnPoint Inspection. During Ara’s inspection of my property in Glendale, CA, he identified a number of problems, but he found one majorly serious issue that was somehow missed when we toured the house in the attic that I never would have known about. All the ducting work was completely improperly done, with insulation exposed, about 5 feet of ducting wrapped just collecting god knows what, ducts not connected to vents and clear air-leaks that could have affected both my HVAC efficiency and overall air quality. His clear explanation, photos, and recommendations made it easy for me to understand the problem and address it quickly. His attention to detail and veteran knowledge truly sets him apart. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector whether it’s for personal, residential, commercial or if you’re an agent, contractor, homeowner, architect, etc. Thank you so much again Ara! You truly are On Point!

Can't say enough great things about OnPoint and Ara. His prior experience working at LA Dept of Building & Safety truly comes to light with a lot more knowledge than most would encompass. He's thorough, very honest and I love reading his comprehensive and interactive reports. I highly recommend giving him a shot.
